Starting a relationship with an interior designer is a bit like dating: you really have to get to know someone better before you commit to being exclusive. So first you start with something easy, like meeting for lunch or coffee. And then if you like the person, you might spend a day hiking, or wine tasting, or something that allows you spend more time with them to see if you’re truly compatible.

So with that in mind, we here at Sabrina Alfin Interiors recognize that even if a designer comes highly recommended by a friend or colleague, and even if they have a portfolio you like with lots of industry recognition and great client reviews, signing on the dotted line for a design engagement with a hefty dollar commitment is hard to do when you haven’t worked with someone before. And that’s why we’ve created our Design Kick-off Package. For a low flat fee, you get to road test what it’s like to work with us before we take it to the next level.

What is the Design Kick-off Package?
Glad you asked! For $499, you get the following:

  • 1-hour in-home client consultation

    -Review spaces to re-design
    -Discuss goals and function
-How the spaces will be used
-Review client “homework”, i.e. Houzz or Pinterest boards to explore style/colors/likes/dislikes
    -Clarify project scope/priorities
    -Budget review

  • 2nd in-home 1-hour client workshop to review deliverables:

    -1st meeting summary
    -Project scope document
    -(1) Look book
    -(1) Example furniture mood board
    -(1) Recommended color palette

At the end of the second meeting, you can then decide whether you wish to move forward to refine and execute with our team, or you can use the documentation as a starting point for doing it yourself. Either way, it’s money well spent. As a potential client, you’re not only getting a value worth at least twice the price, but you’re also verifying fit and working style. Working with a designer can take months and sometimes even a year or more, depending on the size or complexity of the project. We think having the assurance you’ve made the right choice is invaluable!

Sound interesting? Then give us a call or fill out our project inquiry form on our web site to get the first meeting scheduled.

We look forward to meeting you!
